Küttner Group acquires majority of shares of CTU - Conzepte Technik Umwelt AG

Both companies will broaden and merge their technological and geographical basis and expect synergies in the field of environmental and energy related technologies which will allow providing customers even better and more specific solutions.

The Küttner Group is operating world wide with approx. 600 employees as an EPC contractor and provides specialized technology for the Iron and Steel Industry, Foundries and Non-ferrous metal producers as well as for the Environmental and the Energy Sector.

CTU-Conzepte Technik Umwelt AG is operating with 45 employees in 3 countries as turn key contractor for the design and construction of plants for the treatment of hazardous waste, for air pollution control, recovery of valuable materials, anaerobic digestion of bio waste and power production from wood using gasification.
